Faith, for us, is expressed not only in worship but in shared life and compassionate service. The sacramental life teaches us to recognize Christ not only at the altar, but also in those who are vulnerable, forgotten, or in need of care. As part of this calling, we maintain a house of hospitality known as Gratia House.
Gratia House is a safe house and place of accompaniment for those who need temporary protection, rest, and support. It welcomes people in various situations of vulnerability, including:
- survivors of domestic violence
- elderly persons who have been neglected or abandoned
- university students in need of temporary housing
- pilgrims or visitors from outside the city needing a simple place to stay
But Gratia House is more than shelter. It seeks to be a place of shared life — shaped by hospitality, shared meals, prayer, and mutual care. In this way, the daily rhythms of the house become a small but real expression of what the Church is meant to be. Through this ministry, we hope Gratia House may be a place where dignity is restored, wounds begin to heal, and people encounter the quiet grace of God through the care of a living Christian community..
